1- What are OPTION 1 price? And OPTION 1 teacher?
Option 1 prices are prices you pay to learn with an English teacher from non-English countries. These teachers have great teaching experience, great pronunciation and offer quality classes to our students. Feel free to go to “our teachers” page, then “Option 1 Teachers” to listen to the audio files and read their short introduction paragraph.
2- What are OPTION 2 prices? And OPTION 2 teachers?
Option 2 prices are higher than option 1 prices and you pay to learn with Native Speaking teachers fromUnitedStates,Canada,UK,SouthAfrica,Australia,France,Spain,Germany,Italy,Brazil,Japan,Korean,etc. These teachers have great teaching experience, great teaching skills and offer quality classes to our students. Feel free to go to “our teachers” page, and then click on “Option 2 Teachers” read their short introduction paragraph.
3- How do I start?
After submitted the student’s form, the choose option 1 for English course or option 2 prices depending on your budget or what you are willing to spend in order to learn English. Check details of courses offered on  https://tukov.taobao.com or choose and purchase the course you wish to study and then Connect with the customer service through either QQ,skype or wanwang for class schedule. If the teacher you want is not available during your free hours for classes, then we will give you a list of the tutors who are available at your convenient time and day.
4- How to cancel a course:
If you need to cancel a booked class, Inform us at least five hours in advance, so that we can notify the teacher, re-arrange the class at your convenient time.
5-What if I want a refund?
Refunds are returned in full based on student’s request on condition that student is not satisfy with all the teachers available or problem with the services. If the student had classes, we charge for the classes’ base on the original price and return the remaining balance after tax if any within 24-48hours.
Refunds requested after a month or later or after abandoning classes are refused.
6- What if I am late or absent for class? Rules for teachers & students.
If a student/teachers cannot make it to class, it would be preferable to inform our customer service to alert the teachers a minimum of 5 hours before the class but in case of unforeseen circumstances like internet or computer problem close to close time, contact the service immediately. 15 minutes late without any notice will lead to cancellation of the class and half class compensation to either student or teacher depending on who is late .Same roles applies if any is absent without prior notice. NO exceptions.
DESPITE THESE RULES, IF STUDENT & TEACHER COME TO AN UNDERSTANDING, THEY COULD WORK THINGS OUT THEIR WAY AND NO NEED FOR PENALTIES
7- What if I have sound quality or internet problem?
Within the first 5-10minutes, both parties if the signal is bad please do not force the class. Immediately contact customer service, we will reschedule classes but if both parties decide to continue despite the odd without contacting the customer service, then the class will be considered done.
8- How long are my purchased classes valid?
Purchased are valid when the student is taking constant classes and invalid after 6months for abandoned classes without any suspension. If student want to stop classes, please contact the customer service and records will be kept and can continue on assigned date. Suspension of classes is only valid for 6months .After 6months suspension or failure to suspend the classes lead to cancellation of the course and Non Refundable

9-What if I don’t like my teacher and want a new one?
If you do not like your teacher, you ask Speakingmasters online service to provide you with a new teacher. Students can request for change of teacher unconditionally when not comfortable
